About ABBY ABISOGUN
Dr. Abby Abisogun is a well-known Endocrinologist in Savannah, GA, pursued her undergraduate studies at Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by a postbaccalaureate research year at the National Institutes of Health. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (formerly UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School), Camden, NJ. Dr. Abby's interest in Endocrinology was sparked during her medical residency at Brown University. She furthered her expertise by completing her Endocrinology fellowship at Duke University, where she developed a special interest in thyroid ultrasound and biopsy. Dr. Abby holds Endocrine Certification in Neck Ultrasound (ECNU) and has acquired additional skills in the management of thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2014 and the ABIM Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism in 2017.
