About ADAM SHAFFER

Meet Adam Shaffer, a renowned Physical Therapist based in Rochester, MN. Adam earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa in 2015. Prior to that, he completed a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Saint Cloud State University, where he also excelled in football. He joined the ActivePT team in August 2016 and holds certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and in the Clinical Management of Fitness Athletes. Additionally, he has advanced training in Vestibular Evaluation and Rehabilitation. Adam specializes in spinal manipulation, dry needling, and fitness athlete management, focusing on areas such as elbow injuries, jaw pain, sports injury rehabilitation, neck and back pain treatment, vertigo and vestibular disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He proudly serves as the Director of Rochester RAC Clinic.
