Dr. Arthur Clements is a well-known board-certified gynecologist. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and his Ph.D. from Florida State University. Dr. Arthur Clements completed his medical training at the University of Monterrey and residency at Tulane University. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He performs on the Florida State University Medical School faculty as the Education Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
