About ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR JONATHAN STURM
Meet 'Associate Professor Jonathan Sturm': He received his degree from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1992, completed his neurology training at the Austin and Repatriation Medical Centre in Melbourne, and earned a Ph.D. in stroke epidemiology from the University of Melbourne in 2002. Specializing in stroke, vestibular disorders, cognitive impairment, and dementias, Dr. Jonathan treats various neurological conditions. Serving as a consultant neurologist at Gosford and Wyong Hospitals on the NSW Central Coast and a Conjoint Associate Professor at the University of Newcastle, his extensive academic background is solid. He has published over 90 medical journal papers and actively participates in academic research and clinical trials, especially focusing on cognitive impairment, stroke, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s diseases.
