Meet Dr. Ayesha Ahmad Anwar, an accomplished pediatrician based in Grand Prairie, TX with over 16 years of experience. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her medical degree from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Anwar completed her pediatric residency at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, specializing in caring for hospitalized children. Prior to focusing on outpatient pediatrics, she worked as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Children's Medical Center in Dallas and held a faculty position at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and licensed by the Texas Medical Board, Dr. Anwar is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is associated with Children's Medical Center of Dallas. She values patient relationships and welcomes new patients, providing telehealth appointments for added convenience.
