Meet Dr. Basil J. Alwattar, a sports medicine expert and orthopedic surgeon based in Oakland, CA. Dr. Alwattar obtained his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City.
