The studio is committed to guiding visitors towards the numerous advantages of heated yoga and boasts a team of experienced instructors in yoga and Pilates.Blue Moon Yoga stands out for its authentic hot yoga sessions, maintaining the room at 105 degrees F with 40% humidity. From the classic 26-posture series with breathing exercises to Hot Vinyasa, Fusion Flow, Inferno Hot Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin Yoga classes, a wide range of options is offered. Beyond the mat, the studio promotes “Karma Yoga” through donation-based classes and additional activities.Noteworthy aspects of Blue Moon Yoga include classes suitable for all skill levels, diverse workshop opportunities, and a comprehensive teacher training program. They also welcome individuals aged 14 and up (with parental consent) and offer a monthly Kids Yoga session for ages 3 to 12.
