About BYRON H. WILLIS

Dr. Byron H. Willis is the founder and president of Arizona Neurosurgery and Spine Specialists. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York and completed his neurosurgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, specializing in complex spinal disorders. Board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, he is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Willis serves on the medical staff at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and Banner Thunderbird Hospital Peoria. He focuses on treating complicated spinal disorders and spinal biomechanics, and is known for his expertise in using intra-operative CT image guidance for spinal instrumentation at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. With extensive experience in navigated spine cases, he continuously seeks to advance the application of this technology in spine surgery.
