Gilly Chapell is the Clinical Director and Therapeutic Supervisor and also offers counselling and EMDR in Swindon. She is qualified to a degree level in integrative therapeutic counselling, with extensive experience of trauma-related symptoms. Her special interest is in reducing the symptoms of trauma, panic attacks, PTSD, CPTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression, destructive behaviour and attachment (relationship) related behaviour. Their assessments are charged at £45 for an hour. In traditional counselling training, therapists are taught how to create a safe space, use different theories, follow ethical guidelines, and have insurance.
