About DAVID M. HIRSCH
Dr. David M. Hirsch is one of the most trusted interventional pain specialists in San Antonio. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. David has extensive experience in providing cutting-edge procedures at South Texas Spinal Clinic. He was awarded a full scholarship to medical school by the United States Army, then later served in his specialty at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. He has received advanced training in injection techniques that deliver regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving treatment. Dr. David specializes in ultrasound medicine for diagnostics and pain procedures that include ultrasound-guided injections of stem cells, platelet-rich plasma, and cortisone. He manages an electrodiagnostic lab that performs electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies. Dr. David currently serves in three locations within San Antonio.
