Dr. David M. Kaufman is a board-certified urologist with over 41 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine, completed his internship in general surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital, and finished his urology residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Kaufman is known for pioneering focal cryosurgery for localized prostate cancer treatment. He is affiliated with Pennsylvania Hospital and Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall and offers telehealth appointments to new patients.
