About DEEPAN PATEL

Dr. Deepan Patel is a board-certified orthopedic surgery specialist in Jersey City. He obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at NYU Langone Medical Center Hospital in New York. Dr. Deepan is fellow-trained in minimally invasive procedures, including robot-assisted partial knee replacements, hip arthroscopy, and shoulder resurfacing arthroplasty. He has a particular interest in the treatment of sports injuries. He specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive elbow, hip, and knee surgery and his clinical focus includes joint preservation procedures. Dr. Deepan has authored over 15 publications in various orthopedic journals and textbooks and has presented at numerous national meetings.
