Meet Dr. Alex Henri-Bhargava, a certified neurologist with specialized training in behavioral neurology and a master’s degree in Health Practitioner Teacher Education. Dr. Henri-Bhargava leads clinical trials and health systems research to improve assessment and treatment strategies for cognitive disorders. As the medical director of the Neil and Susan Manning Cognitive Health Initiative, he spearheads a collaborative effort between Island Health, the University of Victoria, and UBC. Dr. Henri-Bhargava is instrumental in shaping neurology education in Victoria, overseeing both undergraduate and postgraduate rotations. Additionally, he supervises the ambulatory internal medicine rotation for medical students at the Island Medical Program.
