About DR ANDRE CONRADIE
Meet Dr. Andre Conradie, a skilled interventional cardiologist and co-founder of GenesisCare. Dr. Conradie graduated from the University of the Orange Free State, South Africa in 1984. He furthered his education by completing his FCP in Free State, Bloemfontein, Republic of South Africa, followed by two years of cardiology training at the University Hospital, University of the Free State. Before joining GenesisCare, he spent five years practicing at the Union Private Hospital in Alberton as a Specialist Physician/Cardiologist.Dr. Andre Conradie's expertise lies in coronary intervention, heart failure management, angioplasty and stenting, cardiac imaging, Transesophageal Echocardiography (TOE), and Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Currently, he holds the position of Director of the Coronary Care Unit at Friendly Society Private Hospital in Bundaberg, overseeing a demanding workload. Dr. Conradie is also actively involved in training medical residents and students in Cardiology at Bundaberg Base Hospital and Friendly Society Private Hospital.Fluent in English and Afrikaans, Dr. Conradie offers bilingual communication in his practice to serve a wider range of patients effectively.
