He received his Ph.D. in psychology from Concordia University and has over 14 years of experience in the psychology field. He is a founding and accredited member of the Canadian Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (CACBT), the Ontario Psychological Association, and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. Dr. Chris specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema-focused therapy and tailors his approach to each client’s individual needs and goals in a warm and collaborative style.
