Dr. Thomson graduated as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2002 and pursued specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Dalhousie University in Halifax.
