About DR. DINESH GARG
Dr. Dinesh Garg is a Vitreo-Retinal Specialist based in Ludhiana. He is the Past-President of the Punjab Ophthalmological Society. He has worked as a consultant at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, for 17 years & served as a Professor of Ophthalmology till 2012. Dr. Garg has presented several scientific papers/posters/videos at various international & national conferences. He performed over 20,000 surgeries and treated more than 53,650 patients. He has attended over 130 Ophthalmological Conferences (International, National, & Regional levels) in his career of 30 years. Dr. Garg is a Fellow of All India Collegium of Ophthalmology in Retina and Vitreous. He has promoted ophthalmic education over the years as a faculty member in a medical college and as a discussant/chairperson/instructor in various Instruction Courses/Guest Lectures/Workshops in AIOS/DOS/POS/NZOS/VRSI/GSI. He has contributed chapters in books/videos in atlases & published scientific papers in international, national and regional journals.
