Meet Dr. John Antoniou, a highly experienced orthopedic specialist located in Montreal, QC. Dr. Antoniou obtained his medical degree from McGill Medical School in 1991 and completed his McGill Orthopaedic residency in 1997. Following this, he pursued advanced training in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, USA, as well as Arthroplasty at Rush University, and Shoulder & Elbow Surgery at the University of Washington in the USA. With over 32 years of experience, Dr. Antoniou is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and a US board-certified Orthopaedic surgeon. In addition, he's a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Antoniou specializes in hip and knee adult reconstruction, with a record of over 10,000 successful hip and knee replacements. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise by training surgeons, fellows, residents, medical students, and Masters and PhD students in the latest techniques in knee and hip replacement surgery.
