Dr. Kathryn Ziemer, a licensed clinical psychologist and Clinical Director at Old Town Psychology, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. Specializing in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, coping, and sleep problems, she uses cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, relational therapy, and mindfulness in her practice.
