About DR LAURENCE MARSHMAN
Meet Dr. Laurence Marshman, an esteemed neurosurgeon based in Townsville, Queensland. Dr. Marshman obtained his Medicine degree (MB ChB) from Glasgow University and completed his MD thesis on Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. He became a qualified neurosurgeon (FRCSN) at King's College Hospital, London. With over 20 years of experience in medical research, Dr. Marshman has authored more than 90 publications covering neurosurgery and spine surgery. His expertise lies in diagnosing and treating spinal disorders. Previously an Associate Professor of Surgery at James Cook University for five years, Dr. Marshman now contributes to medical research by reviewing submissions for international journals and is currently an Editorial Board Member for leading publications like Spine, Clinical Neurology and Neurosurgery, and the Journal of Neurology Research. Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Marshman dedicates his practice to listening to patients' concerns and providing exceptional care.
