About DR. MARK J. WINDER
Meet Dr. Mark J. Winder, a Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon who was trained in Australia. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a member of the Neuro Surgical Society. Dr. Winder completed his medical studies at the University of Sydney and obtained a Master of Surgery (Neuro Surgery) in 2006. He specializes in endoscopic skull base surgery, with a focus on tumors and chordomas. Dr. Winder stays updated on the latest advancements in endoscopic brain tumor management techniques. Currently, he serves as a consultant neurosurgeon and Chairman of Neurosurgery at St Vincent’s Hospital, where he performs procedures at both St Vincent’s Public and Private Hospitals as well as St Luke’s Hospital. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Winder plays a role in shaping the Australian and New Zealand Neuro-Surgical Curriculum and actively cultivates international academic collaborations through joint fellowships.
