About DR. MAZHAR HUSAIN
Dr. Mazhar Husain is one of the leading neurosurgeons in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He is a senior consultant and chief neurosurgeon at Sahara Hospital. He obtained his MBBS, MS, and M.Ch.(Neurosurgery) from King George’s Medical College. He is an expert in endoscopic neurosurgery and spinal surgery. He operates upon 300 to 350 cases per year, including a variety of neurosurgical diseases. He has done the first successful neurosurgical operation under hypothermic cardiac arrest in the country on a case of complex Basilar bifurcation aneurysm in (2004).
