Here's The Deal: Dr. Paulette Laidlaw is a highly skilled clinical counselling and rehabilitation psychologist in Burlington. She delivers individual treatment (counselling and assessment) to adults 19 years of age and older experiencing difficulties related to their psychological and emotional health or well-being. She is also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the American Association of Suicidology. In addition, she finished her training in conducting psychological autopsies at the American Association of Suicidology. Dr. Paulette focuses on treating stress, posttraumatic stress disorder, and the psychological difficulties of first responders. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy & brief psychotherapy. Dr. Laidlaw provides psychological services to inpatients and outpatients in various hospitals. She delivers personality, intellectual, developmental and vocational assessments.
