Meet Dr. Robyn Houlden, a renowned endocrinologist based in Kingston, Ontario. Dr. Houlden obtained her medical degree from the University of Ottawa in 1983 and pursued further training in endocrinology, along with a research fellowship at the University of Toronto in 1989. With extensive experience, she has served as a diabetes advisor for the Canadian Optimal Medication Prescribing and Utilization Service and the Ontario Ministry of Health. Dr. Houlden is actively involved in eConsult/eReferral Clinical Advisory Group for the Ontario Ministry of Health and is a provincial provider of eConsults in endocrinology. You can find her practicing at Kingston General Hospital, where she also holds the position of professor and chair of the Division of Endocrinology at Queen’s University.
