After completing his orthopedic training in Sydney in 1995, he expanded his expertise through international training programs, including at the Orthopedic and Arthritic Hospital in Toronto, Canada, and the Royal National Orthopedic Hospital in London, England, where he held the Commonwealth Fellowship. With more than 20 years of experience serving Western Sydney, Dr. Brighton specializes in performing Hip and Knee Replacements and Arthroscopic Procedures, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes with low complication rates. He leads a skilled team of Medical, Nursing, Paramedical, and Administrative Staff dedicated to supporting patients throughout their surgical process.
