His professional journey includes serving as a Consultant and later as the Chief Surgeon in the Department of Vitreo-Retina at Aravind Eye Hospital in Pondicherry until 2007. Specialising in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery, Dr. Satish Baddela currently holds the position of Managing Partner at Modern Retina Centre in Vijayawada and Guntur.
