He is a recognized fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and specializes in hereditary kidney cancer syndromes. Notably, he serves as the Southwest Regional Surgical Oncology Lead for CCO/Ontario Health and Provincial Lead for Urology, Access to Care/Ontario Health. Dr. Pautler is among the leading experts in surgical robotics in Canada and is affiliated with the Kidney Cancer Research Network of Canada. With a focus on prostate and kidney surgery using robotic techniques, he has a wealth of experience in minimally-invasive procedures for urologic cancers. Dr. Stephen Pautler has over 130 peer-reviewed publications and has been a featured speaker at numerous international urology conferences.
