About DR. TIM ANSLEY

Dr. Tim Ansley is a distinguished optometrist who graduated from Samford University in 2009 and then received his optometry degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Optometry. As the owner of Inverness Eye Care and President of Alabama Eye Partners, LLC, Dr. Ansley boasts an impressive background. He has been recognized for his achievements as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa National Optometric Honor Society and as Vice President of the American Optometric Student Association. Dr. Ansley has also founded and led UABSO's sports vision club. His training includes stints at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, Retinal Consultants of Alabama, and Cool Springs Eye Care in Franklin, Tennessee. A member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Alabama Optometric Association (ALOA), Dr. Ansley was named "Young Optometrist of the Year" by the Alabama Optometric Association in 2019 and currently serves as the Government Relations chair for the organization.
