Dr. Vedant H Karvir is one of the leading hepato-gastroenterologists and interventional endoscopists based in Mumbai. He has received extensive training in diagnostic and therapeutic upper GI tract endoscopy and colonoscopy using the Olympus HD video endoscope system. Dr. Vedant H Karvir began his medical career with MBBS training in Kolhapur, followed by a three-year MD program focused on gastroenterology and hepatology. He then completed a three-year fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at KEM Hospital in Mumbai. His special interests include the treatment of liver diseases (Hepatology) and performing therapeutic endoscopy procedures. He has completed over 15,000 gastroscopies and more than 3,000 colonoscopies. Dr. Vedant treats a wide range of issues related to the esophagus, liver, pancreas, colon, and rectum for both adults and children.
