Dr Xav Brooke is a highly knowledgeable clinical psychologist in Southampton, UK. He has been a clinical psychologist for over ten years, working within the NHS and Social Care in Specialist CAMHS for children in care. Dr Xav Brooke finished his D.Clinical Psychology at the University of Southampton. He specialises in providing therapy for children and young people with a wide variety of presenting difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood and OCD. Dr Xav Brooke is trained in various evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy. He is the Co-founder of Forward Thinking. The clinic team of child & adolescent clinical psychologists have specialised in child and adolescent mental health and behaviour problems. They are Child & Adolescent Clinical Psychologists who are Chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
