Meet Dr. Yang (Ed) Gu, a premier dentist based in Chilliwack. Dr. Gu earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta, where he actively participated in providing free dental care to underserved communities at a student-run outreach clinic. He furthered his expertise by taking elective courses focused on orthodontics and working in dental clinics within First Nations communities. Dr. Gu is a certified Invisalign Provider and an active member of reputable dental associations, including the BC College of Oral Health Professionals, the Canadian Dental Association, and the British Columbia Dental Association.Now practicing at Promontory Dental Centre in Langley, BC, Dr. Gu is committed to creating a relaxing environment for his patients while addressing their dental concerns. Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Shanghainese, he also speaks conversational Japanese. Dr. Gu collaborates closely with each patient to customize a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to their individual needs, ensuring they achieve the smile they desire.
