About EUGENE CHANG

Dr. Eugene Chang is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon and a leading expert in total ankle replacement surgery in Alaska. Graduating from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completing his orthopedic surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Dr. Chang specializes in ankle/foot surgery and sports medicine. His expertise includes complex foot reconstruction, ligament and bone reconstruction, and arthroscopic ankle evaluation. He previously chaired the Providence Department of Orthopedics and is an active member of the Anchorage Orthopedic Society and the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons.
