About EWA MAJDAK-PAREDES

Ms Ewa Majdak-Paredes is a fully accredited Plastic Surgeon listed on the GMC specialist register. She graduated from the Medical University of Gdansk in Poland in 2000. During her medical education, she completed five electives in surgery and plastic surgery in London at Kingston Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. She also participated in the Erasmus Student Exchange program, which led her to complete her final year in Antwerp, Belgium. Ms Majdak-Paredes holds a dual qualification, having passed the Plastic Surgery Fellowship exam from the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) and the European Plastic Surgery Board exam (EBOPRAS). She also earned Cosmetic Surgery Certification from the Intercollegiate Cosmetic Surgery Oversight Committee. She is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (BAPRAS), the American Association of Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a provisional member of the British Association of Aesthetic Surgery (BAAPS). In her professional capacity, Ms Majdak-Paredes is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in the NHS and the private sector. Within the NHS, she holds a substantive Consultant post at NHS Lothian and practices at St John's Hospital and the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh. In the private sector, she has practice rights at Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Spire Shawfair Hospital, The Edinburgh Clinic, BMI Healthcare at King's Park Hospital in Stirling, La Belle Forme in Glasgow, and Inverness. Her NHS practice primarily involves complex reconstructive and corrective breast, body, and face surgery.
