Dr. Gilbert S. Chandler is a highly experienced pain management specialist in Tallahassee, FL. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Chandler did his pain management fellowship at Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management through the American Board of Anesthesiology and in addiction medicine through the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has over 36 years of experience. He specializes in minimally invasive spine and pain management. Dr. Chandler has been active in pioneering new interventional pain procedures, teaching, and research. He has published numerous publications in the areas of spinal stenosis and compression fractures. His current research focus is on how resiliency affects the health and well-being of patients with chronic pain. He practices at Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic.
