Dr. Harold Cesar, DPM, is a podiatric foot & ankle surgery specialist who received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University. He has completed one of the top residency programs at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in the country. Dr. Harold served as a Foot & Ankle Division Chief Surgical Resident in the Department of Orthopedics. Dr. Cesar has conducted over 1,200 surgical procedures/cases. He practices at Podiatry Associates of Florida. Dr Harold obtained extensive training in foot and ankle elective and reconstructive surgery trauma and diabetic limb salvage.
