About HEADSPACE
Headspace supports individuals aged 12-25 dealing with mild to moderate mental health concerns, substance use issues, and challenges in relationships. Specialists at Headspace address mental and physical health matters, including sexual health, drug or alcohol use, and overall well-being. They offer a diverse range of counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults through various tailored programs and activities. Referrals are not required, and all services are free.
