Welcome to Hot Yoga 101, a studio co-owned by Lisa Pelzer and Danny Dworkis. Our vibrant community comprises devoted students and instructors who are committed to enhancing both physical and mental well-being through yoga and a health-conscious lifestyle. Since its establishment in 1999, our studio has been offering Bikram Yoga, renowned for its effectiveness in weight loss and overall fitness for individuals of all ages and abilities. This program is particularly popular with beginners. Recently, we've introduced Inferno Hot Pilates, an exciting workout style that originated in New York and Las Vegas.
