Tony, an Advanced Certified Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher with over 37 years of experience, leads the yoga classes. The studio believes in helping individuals create a life they love through their Yoga and Reiki programs, which include free Guided Reiki Session audio and Self-Paced Courses like Animal Healing & Wisdom, and Japanese Reiki Techniques. Gift Certificates are available. Notable features include both in-person and online classes, and classes are led by certified instructors.
