About JODIE KENNEDY
Learn about Jodie Kennedy's yoga journey starting in 1988 in Adelaide, South Australia with guidance from Vanessa Shribmann of Coast Yoga. Her training continued with two years under Nancy Stechert and Leslie Bradley at the Colorado School of Iyengar Yoga. Jodie also completed two years of intensive Massage Therapy training at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy before finishing the one-year IYTA Yoga Teacher Training program in Australia in 2017. With 30 years of yoga practice and 15 years of massage therapy experience, Jodie offers classes in Port Macquarie on the NSW Coast. Her small studio accommodates up to eight participants, reflecting her belief that yoga is beneficial for everyone, regardless of age or life stage. Jodie emphasizes the availability of a nourishing practice even during life's challenges. Services include both group and private yoga sessions.
