About JOHN A. BAUR
Introducing John A. Baur, a highly regarded physical therapist serving Baltimore and its surrounding areas. John holds a Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Medicine, and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park with honors. Dr. Baur has previously served as an adjunct faculty member specializing in orthopedics at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He is recognized as a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) and completed a fellowship training program in orthopedic manual physical therapy, accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). John is also a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) and currently practices at Physical Therapy First, a facility dedicated to improving the physical health, quality of life, and overall wellness of individuals in the Greater Baltimore region.
