Dr. John A Freeman is a board-certified Urologist who graduated from the University of Notre Dame and completed medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine in his home state. Dr. John A Freeman finished his residency in urology and fellowship in urologic oncology at the University of Southern California. Dr. Freeman was the director of the clinical aspects of the Urologic Oncology program at the University of North Carolina before relocating to Reno in 1999. Dr. John A Freeman is a member of the Society of Urologic Oncologists and a fellow of the American Cancer Society. He is affiliated with medical facilities such as Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center and Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. His clinical interests include laparoscopic surgery, urologic cancer, reconstructive surgery, and general urology. His practice primarily focuses on the care of patients with urologic cancers and men with prostate enlargement.
