About JOHN LAMOTHE
Dr. John Lamothe completed his Doctor of Optometry in 1999 from New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. He did medical internships at the Newington Veterans Hospital in Newington, Connecticut, and the Dorchester House Multi-Medical Site in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a board-certified optometrist licensed to practice optometry in Washington, DC. Dr. Lamothe provides all his patients with top-notch care, prescription glasses, and contact lenseslenses. He has participated in two relief missions in Merida, Mexico, overseeing the eye care services provided to underprivileged residents of the Yucatan Peninsula. Lamothe co-manages the most recent refractive surgeries, fits scleral and contact lenses, and treats dry eye syndrome with Lipi Flow.
