About JOHN R. TOMPKINS
Dr. John R. Tompkins finished his medical education at the Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the Baylor College of Medicine and residency at the Tulane University School of Medicine. Furthermore, he did his fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine. He has a special interest in complex spinal instrumentation and minimally invasive spine procedures, stereotactic radiosurgery, cranial surgery, peripheral nerve surgery, and the treatment of vascular malformations, aneurysms, & tumors. His research on brain and spine surgery has been shown at state and national neurosurgery meetings and has been published in the Journal of Neurosurgery. Dr. John R. Tompkins and his team are dedicated to providing excellent neurosurgical care by incorporating the latest surgical innovations and technology with scientific research and outcome analysis.
