Dr. Joshua M. Alpert is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in Elgin, Illinois. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine at the Chicago Medical School, North Chicago, IL, and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chicago, IL. He completed his sports medicine fellowship at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital. He has over 21 years of experience. His primary focus is getting his patients back to their activities quickly, whether using non-invasive treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapies or minimally invasive surgical techniques in his treatments.
