About JUAN MARTINEZ

Meet Dr. Juan Martinez, an esteemed Gastroenterologist located in Irving. Graduating with honors and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2000, he furthered his studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Martinez excelled as the intern of the year during his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2008. Following this, he took on roles as Chief Resident and Assistant Professor at the same institution before pursuing specialty training in Gastroenterology at Baylor University Medical Center from 2008 to 2011. Dr. Martinez is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology with a focus on treating inflammatory bowel disease and liver conditions.
