About KERMIT ALVIN LLOYD
Dr. Kermit Alvin Lloyd is a dedicated neurologist serving as the director of the Riverside Multiple Sclerosis Center, providing comprehensive care to 1,500 patients. With a medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, Dr. Lloyd completed his Residency at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals and his Internship at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He is Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Lloyd is deeply passionate about multiple sclerosis (MS) and actively participates as a principal and co-investigator in various clinical trials. His research extends to Parkinson's disease, migraine headaches, stroke, epilepsy, and Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Lloyd views the brain as integral to one's identity and feels honored to care for his patients' neurological well-being.
