With a medical degree from Ohio State University and residency completed at Letterman Army Medical Center, Dr. Holmes leads the EEG and Clinical Neurophysiology Lab at Harborview Medical Center. Striving to establish collaborative patient relationships for optimal care, he is also a professor in the Department of Neurology and an elected member of the American Neurological Association.
