Through their team of committed instructors and welcoming studio environment, they offer a range of classes, both in-person and online, to assist students in their yoga journey with approachable sequences and ongoing learning opportunities. Regular Karma yoga sessions are held to give back to the community and encourage mindfulness in local groups. The studio also provides The Metta 200-hour teacher training program, emphasizing the skills needed to deliver empowering, secure, and inclusive yoga classes.
