Miami Life Center is a lovely homegrown yoga studio in the heart of Miami, FL. The yoga studio officially opened its doors in 2006 with just a dozen classes a week. They've become a quaint little enclave, celebrated for many things besides their talented team of teachers. Miami Life Center's schedule includes courses that range from the traditional to the eclectic, from challenging, fast-paced yoga to therapeutic and gentle-stretchy yoga, including Yoga Sculpt and Yoga for Alignment. They invite the community to experience the far-reaching forces of yoga. They provide free "chair yoga" classes for seniors and mobility-impaired people twice a week. They also offer Workshops & Events such as Healing with Ayurveda, The Four Noble Truths: The Teachings of the Buddha and also offer intensive training program such as 60-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 40-Hour Assisting Training, 15-Hour Assisting School.UNIQUE FACTS:• Free Parking• Variety of Retreat Programs• In Person and Online Classes Available.
