About MICHAEL CANOS

Meet Dr. Michael Canos, an experienced endocrinologist based in Durham, NC. Dr. Canos received his MD from George Washington University School of Medicine in 2003, along with an MSc in Physiology from Georgetown University in 1999, and an MPH from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1998. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center from 2003 to 2006 and his Fellowship in Endocrinology from 2006 to 2008. With over 16 years of experience in endocrinology, he is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, and specializes in diabetes care. Dr. Canos is dedicated to building lasting relationships with his patients and practices at Duke Endocrinology South Durham.
